Currently we are expanding and we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (day shift work) for the Publishers team.
Schedule: 2/2 for 12 hours, starting from 09:00 up to 21:00 (distance work format is available).
Обязанности
- communication with the clients all over the world, answering their questions via Live Chat (Intercom), email and other communication channels;
- troubleshooting common (and unusual) problems with online advertising;
- active cooperation with the related teams;
- large amount of training: we are very interested in the high quality of services, so we invest a lot of resources into the employee’s development.
Требования
- stress resistance, friendliness and communication skills;
- willingness to work with the routine and similar tasks;
- oral and written English - B2 level;
- troubleshooting and problem solving thinking.
Will be a great plus:
- relevant experience in client service / guest service / technical support;
- basic understanding of HTML and CSS, CMS experience, or technical literacy;
- ticket systems knowledge;
- understanding of the advertising formats (popunder, inpage push, native and banner);
- Fluency in Spanish.
