Customer Service Representative (CY)

We work with all the popular ad formats: popunders, in-page push, native and banners. Our partners include direct advertisers, webmasters, affiliate programmes, networks and affiliates.

Currently we are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Advertisers team on day shifts, based in Cyprus.

Schedule: 2/2, twelve-hour shifts from 10:00 to 22:00 (GMT+3). Fully remote work is possible.

• Communicate with clients from all over the world, answering their questions via live chat (Intercom), Teams, Telegram, and other communication channels;
• Troubleshoot common and unusual online advertising issues;
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Participate in extensive training. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of our services, so we invest heavily in employee development.

• Right to live and work in Cyprus; 
• Spoken and written English at B2 or above;
• Resilience, a friendly attitude, and strong communication skills;
• Willingness to handle repetitive tasks;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in client service, hospitality, or technical support;
• Familiarity with ticketing systems;
• Understanding of advertising formats (popunder, in-page push, native, and banner ads).
